Education meets development

The “Education meets development" is a program committed to a form of learning that makes global interrelationships tangible in the lives of learners.

The “Education meets development" offers are aimed at people of all ages. They can take place within school lessons, but also outside of school. The aim is to contribute to a change in awareness towards a responsible and sustainable shaping of globalization. The topics of the educational offers are based on the Agenda 2030 and the Sustainable Development Goals (SDG).

The program is organized on a decentralized basis and is implemented throughout Germany and in individual cases also in other EU countries by a total of eight non-governmental organizations. Those interested in adult education, youth work and school can find their contact persons for advice and support in the regional education office in their respective federal state.
